HF19 and eSteem feedback encouragement experiment changes

Now that we have HF19 enabled, you should be noticing quite big changes on your voting experience.

You are able to give more than before by upvoting.

Voting target change
Note use less voting weight (slider) if you see it.

On eSteem, change weight from Settings page or tap and hold vote button to select lesser voting weight.

Because voting target has changed as well, which means you should lower percentage to meet number of votes you do per day.

To catch up with daily auto-recharge of voting power you would
Previously
40 votes per day with 100% weight

Now
10 votes per day with 100% weight

In order to vote 40 times you should use 25% weight now.
