Actifit Curation Report 477πŸ’ͺπŸƒπŸ…

We are excited to present another round of our curation effort.
Reports included are selected by the Actifit team. Curated reports received extra upvote rewards by OCD team.

Reports were selected based on various factors, including content quality, originality, and the information within. They can be a fun read, an inspiration or a motivation for all of us and of course, to earn more rewards, but it also helps to make more friends :)
Via this initiative, we are trying to accomplish the below:

  • Increase the rewards to our existing high-quality content writers(in addition to our existing quality content focused report rewards and weekly staff picks selections)
  • Bring in new fitness bloggers to actifit and hive with quality focus
  • Motivate existing users to write better quality content and compete over rewards.

Extra Rewarded Reports

Curated Report 1 by runridefly@runridefly

A family trip to Morro Bay on the California central coast β€” walked extra blocks through town hunting for pizza and meatballs after Siri sent everyone in the wrong direction.

Curated Report 2 by ptaku@ptaku

Swapped the asphalt for a mountain trail run near SiodΕ‚o Pass above Szczyrk β€” lost the trail, found an adventure instead.

Curated Report 3 by wahaceggy@wahaceggy

Back to running after the weekend, though the heat made motivation hard to find β€” ended up keeping it to a slow jog rather than pushing too hard.

Curated Report 4 by terganftp@terganftp

With the house to oneself for a couple of days, a simple request somewhere went sideways β€” the dog walks still got done, but the step quota was barely scraped together.

Curated Report 5 by carrinm@carrinm

A home Sunday watching England win the World Cup final, followed by a pink flower walk to celebrate β€” topped off with family and friends visiting for the occasion.

Curated Report 6 by beelshops@beelshops

A slow, sleepy Sunday β€” a morning market run for supplies, then a quiet afternoon after the household split up for separate commitments.

Curated Report 7 by palabras1@palabras1

Braving Argentina's bitter winter cold to get the daily walk and run in β€” a reflection on why staying active matters most when conditions make it hardest.

Curated Report 8 by browery@browery

Sunday was entirely consumed by nearly 1,500 kilometres of travel β€” no room for a proper walk, unless the motorway rest stop counts.

Curated Report 9 by locky772@locky772

Back to work tomorrow after sick leave β€” the days off brought complete mental rest, even if a large walk today left the body feeling a little tired.

Curated Report 10 by caspermoeller89@caspermoeller89

Back on track after some lazy days β€” accidentally wandered into a cow field, and one curious cow decided to follow along for a while.

Curated Report 11 by littlenewthings@littlenewthings

Too busy to post until now β€” the reason being a first-ever church camp held not at a fancy venue but somewhere more rustic and memorable for everyone involved.

Curated Report 12 by jmis101@jmis101

A packed weekend of research work meant the report got delayed β€” back now and welcoming the new week with fresh energy and a happy mindset.

Runners up (did not get the extra upvote).

Below are some additional reports which caught our attention but unfortunately not did not make it for the extra OCD vote.
We still want to highlight you guys, and better luck next time for some extra vote!

Curated Report 13 by elizabethbit@elizabethbit

A special day celebrating a son's 38th birthday β€” hard to believe the baby who didn't want to be born has come this far, making it a deeply heartfelt occasion.

Special thanks to priyanarc@priyanarc & katerinaramm@katerinaramm for helping with the curation, and to katerinaramm@katerinaramm & mcfarhat@mcfarhat for helping with the report compilation.

Congratulations and thank you to all of you guys, keep up the great work!

Some tips for writing a good Actifit report.

Writing a nice and beautiful Actifit report is not a daunting task. Talking about your daily activity in a presentable manner can get you to the top list.

Try to make your report readable and understandable.
The arrangement of the images also makes the content look attractive. Goes without saying, target using original high-quality images that you own. Using images from other sources is not advisable unless properly attributed and care is taken not to abuse any copyrights.

Plagiarism is a big NO-NO. In case we find plagiarized content, your account risks getting banned. Please take a look at our Actifit Etiquette for further details.
Till next week's staff picks!
