Today a Cryptopunk was sold for 800 ETH (!)

Was it a real sale ?
Or again just one of these "Fake-Sales" on the ETH-Blockchain ?
(One person with several wallets buying/selling the same NFT over and over again via his own wallets with increasing prices to keep prices high)
I think in this case it was a real sale because there were a lot of very high offers over a long period of time.
So either a VERY well planed long-term fake or ....
.... A REAL SALE !
