Lumiyagan
Here's my entry for #foodphotography for #juliank. It is sauteed squid also known as lumiyagan in Cebu , Philippines. It is sauteed with ginger , onion, garlic, bell pepper, sword pepper, onion leaves, salt, and seasoning. Its very delicious and nutritious. This is cooked by my girlfriend Juvy earlier this 8 am.So cook some squid, there's a lot of health benefits.
