En esta primera parte del episodio hablo acerca de cómo construir conexiones reales, fortalecer la lealtad y fomentar equipos colaborativos. La idea central de este nivel, según John C. Maxwell, es que la gente ya no sigue al líder porque tiene que hacerlo, sino porque quiere hacerlo. At Level 2: Permission, the leader no longer leads from their title or position, but from the strong relationships and connections they have built with their team.
