En esta primera parte del episodio hablo acerca de cómo construir conexiones reales, fortalecer la lealtad y fomentar equipos colaborativos. La idea central de este nivel, según John C. Maxwell, es que la gente ya no sigue al líder porque tiene que hacerlo, sino porque quiere hacerlo. At Level 2: Permission, the leader no longer leads from their title or position, but from the strong relationships and connections they have built with their team. In this first part of the episode, I talk about how to build genuine connections, strengthen loyalty, and foster collaborative teams. The core idea of this level, according to John C. Maxwell, is that people no longer follow the leader because they have to, but because they want to.
