People Stand on the TRUST You Build

Trust is the essential ingredient for reaching the highest level of leadership, yet it is never granted through a title or promotion. It is earned over time through consistent, daily actions.

La confianza es el ingrediente esencial para alcanzar el nivel más alto de liderazgo; sin embargo, nunca se concede a través de un título o un ascenso. Se gana con el tiempo a través de acciones diarias y consistentes.

Leaders who want others to follow them because of who they are must first demonstrate competence in their field, but most importantly, integrity in every moment. That is where trust is built, or quietly lost.

Los líderes que quieren que otros los sigan por quienes son, primero deben demostrar competencia en su campo, pero más importante aún, integridad en cada momento. Ahí es donde la confianza se construye o se pierde silenciosamente.

In that sense, trust is never simply given. It is earned slowly, steadily, and intentionally.

En ese sentido, la confianza nunca se da simplemente. Se gana de forma lenta, constante e intencional.
