Catch Yourself, Choose Differently

You want to completely overhaul your life, but you don't even know where to begin. One thing is for sure, you feel overwhelmed. Looking at the entire picture creates massive friction, making it feel as though you must change everything overnight to see any results.

But here is the good news I have discovered, you do not need to change everything at once to become a better leader. True transformation happens simply by catching yourself drifting and choosing differently in that exact moment, one small choice at a time.
