Growth Depends on the Soil You Choose

Your environment matters more than willpower because it will either nurture your growth or quietly shut it down.

Just as certain plants stunt each other's growth when planted too close, you cannot flourish in a space filled with toxic criticism or constant distraction.

Así como ciertas plantas se atrofian cuando se siembran demasiado cerca, no puedes florecer en un espacio lleno de críticas tóxicas o distracciones constantes.

I learned this the hard way. There was a season in my life where the environment I was in was slowly dimming something in me and I didn't see it until I stepped away.

You must become the gatekeeper of your space, choosing where, how, and with whom you work.
