But he is falsely accused of haveing stolen a clergymans money.so he has migrated to a distant village called raveloe.Here he has settled down as a linen weaver in a cottage situated at some distance form the village but close to a site called stone pit.His only passion is to hoard gold and money.but his possession is stolen by dustan cass.so he behaves madly.He seeks for his treasure but fails.
