MIS TRES ESPAFOBIA/My 3 Spaphobias

Hola, Espero estén muy bien. El día de hoy les traigo una iniciativa del tema Espafobia. Seguro cada uno de nosotros tenemos algo que nos da miedo, o al menos algún tipo de tener al verlos, pues mi caso si. Por muchos años no he podido super el miedo aunque poe mi edad no es que salga corriendo pero si trato de alejarme lo mas que pueda. Pues se trata del miedo a las Arañas, Murciélagos y Ranitas, pues si como lo vez me produce mucho miedo.

Hello, I hope you are very well. Today I bring you an initiative on the theme Espafobia. Sure each of us has something that scares us, or at least some kind of having to see them, well my case yes. For many years I have not been able to overcome the fear, although because of my age, it is not that I run away, but I do try to get as far away as possible. Well, it's about the fear of Spiders, Bats and Frogs, because if you see it, it makes me very scared.

Les aseguro que aunque aun lucho con mis fobias también trato de mostrarme lo mas relajado y guardar la calma cuando estoy en contactos con las mismas. se que es algo que podemos luchar y superar pero alli vamos tratando. muchas Gracias
