Crypto market update ✍️

Good evening to all my friends. I hope you all are doing well. I am having a fantastic day. Let's talk about crypto market. Friends, in the last couple of days, we've seen a massive shake-up across global markets. Trillions have exited the US stock market, and the crypto market has taken a big hit too. One of the unexpected triggers? Copper. Donald Trump recently announced (no import tariffs on copper), which caused copper prices to drop by nearly 25% in just 3 days. While that might seem positive at first glance, it’s actually hurting US copper producers and creating a global supply shock. Historically, when copper crashes this fast, it signals weakness in risk assets like equities and crypto. That’s why we’re seeing pressure on both fronts right now.

On the crypto side, Bitcoin is still holding above key support in its dominance chart, and that’s something we’re watching closely. If it closes above 60% dominance, we might see it head towards 63%, which could hurt altcoins even more. Ethereum is also facing rejection from the $4,000 zone again, and altcoins have already corrected 30–35%. But on the brighter side, Ethereum’s RSI has broken resistance, and a bullish MACD crossover is forming something that previously led to major rallies. If Bitcoin shows weakness and USD dominance breaks down, we might just see Ethereum and altcoins rise again. But until there's clear confirmation, I’m avoiding futures and keeping a close watch.
