During this first weekend of August 2023, I wish to share with you, my community members some ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ณ๐น๐ฎ๐ด๐ that I've observed in our relationships, which we ought to correct when we they surface in our relationships.
A ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ณ๐น๐ฎ๐ด in a relationship refers to a warning sign or indicator that there may be underlying issues or potential problems within a relationship. These signs can include negative behaviours, attitudes, or actions that might suggest an unhealthy dynamic or the potential for harm to the relationship and they often indicate a need for further consideration or communication.
Below are some ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ณ๐น๐ฎ๐ด๐ to watch out for in our relationships:

If open and honest communication is lacking, it could lead to misunderstandings and resentment.

If one partner tries to isolate the other from loved ones, it might be a sign of manipulation or control.

Continuous criticism can erode self-esteem and create a negative environment.

Trust is essential for a healthy relationship. If there's consistent jealousy or suspicion, it's a concern.

Ignoring or dismissing each other's boundaries can lead to discomfort and emotional distress.

Any form of abuse is a clear red flag that the relationship is unhealthy and unsafe.

Holding onto grudges and unresolved issues can poison the relationship over time.

If partners have fundamentally different values and life goals, it can lead to conflicts and dissatisfaction.
Please, do remember that every relationship is unique so not every red flag identified here means that the relationship is doomed.
However, addressing these concerns early on is important for maintaining a healthy and respectful partnership.
