Safely Managed Sanitation Hackathon
On the 16th of this month, I had the opportunity to attend the UNICEF Safely Managed Sanitation Hackathon in Tamale. I arrived at the venue around 9:00 a.m., and the organizers were still making final preparations before the program commenced. After going through the registration process, I received a special welcome as a guest, which made the experience even more memorable. 😀
The program officially began around 9:30 a.m. as participants were invited into the hall and the event commenced. The hackathon brought together 22 innovators from six regions of Ghana Accra, Ashanti, Western, Northern, Upper East, and Upper West to co-create innovative solutions for safely managed sanitation.
The event provided a unique platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation, with participants working together to address sanitation challenges and develop sustainable solutions for communities across Ghana.
