In a fit of anger, the man threw his wife down many floors from the storey building where they lived.The wife died.
Anger does not solve anything! It builds nothing but destroys everything. When you let anger get the best of you, it brings out the worst in you. That is why anger is the twin sister of envy! Anger is a cousin to shame!
Be slow to wrath! Be slow to judge yourself or others! Be slow to talk! Be slow to accuse God of delay! But be quick to hear!
People or someone may have hurt you, but indeed revenge is often like biting a dog because the dog bit you.
Make sure you release forgiveness always, deal with anger!
