A Trip Through Bokor National Park
Ah yes Bokor National park! A jungle playground full of waterfalls, wildlife and wilderness. Yes, this is true but was not the most interesting thing that we discovered in this vast landscape. The most interesting landmark lies at the very top of the mountain. Cruise along the beautiful roads for about 2 hours and you will reach an abandoned Casino. It was built by the french during their occupation of Cambodia and has since been abandoned. Unfortunately, we were not able to go in and explore it as has since been reoccupied and is closed off to the public.
However we were able to go and explore a run down Catholic church in the area!
And yes we did see some monkeys!
