Half plate Momo
Colloquial form of Tibetan word 'mog mog', in nepali it's called MoMo, in newari language, it's called momocha.
A simple white flour and water dough is used to make the outer covering and meat and vegetables fillings is used for filling inside. It is then steamed or fried.
