公园小跑记

太久不锻炼了，心里琢磨着找个公园锻炼走起。 下午三点半换好跑鞋，我站在花卉公园的起点线。导览图上蓝色的健康步道，是园区专门规划的人行跑道，一圈正好两公里。 刚起步时，塑料跑道的弹性让脚步格外轻快。跑过月季园时，风里混着浅淡的甜香，一路上凉风习习。跑累了我刻意放慢步伐，避开散步的老人，和推着婴儿车的妈妈侧身而过。
