前幾天我陪媽媽去看牙醫。沒想到媽媽突然跟牙醫說，我打匹克球從來沒輸過。牙醫聽了之後露出滿臉佩服的表情。我連忙補充：「我碰到真正厲害的人的時候就輸了。」結果牙醫接著說了一句很有意思的話：「也許你就是那個真正厲害的人。」

因為我加入了匹克球聯盟，同時也是我們隊伍 Picklers 的隊長，所以每個星期的比賽我不能缺席。不只是要自己上場，如果有隊友臨時來不了，我還得負責找人頂替。 也因為這樣，我常常拉著爸爸一起上場。只要有人缺席，我第一個就想到他。而且我們已經一起打了很多次，他在聯盟裡至今還沒輸過，實力真的很強。

布里斯班學校開始劃匹克球場

以上這張照片，是我最近晚上去打匹克球時拍下的風景。那一刻我才剛到，這原本是一所高中的籃球場，地上卻被重新畫上了匹克球的線條，四個籃球場被巧妙地轉化成八個匹克球場。中間的兩個籃球場，每一個擠出了三個匹克球場，左右兩側反倒各自只留了一個場地，也不知道是不是刻意為了讓某些精彩對決多一點奔跑與發揮的空間，彷彿決賽專用。
