今日も歩数が少なかったので、こちらに書きます。今日は歩いたと思ったのに。 今日は眼科へ行きました。 ここのところ眼圧が十分下がらず、薬をとっかえひっかえして、そのたびに眼科へ行って検査や診察を受けるということをやっていたので、少々しんどい思いをしていたのは確かです。 でも眼圧が上がると緑内障も悪化しますから、眼科へ行きました。

本日は眼科へ行きました。糖尿病の影響が眼に来ているかどうか心配なため、眼底検査をすると聞いていましたが、眼底検査は予約が必要ないため、いつも通り最寄りのバス停8時発の市バスに乗って眼科へ行きました。
