근로자의 날이라 하루 쉬면서 지냈습니다 어제도 걷기운동을 했습니다. 어젠 싱신공원을 몇바퀴 돌고 만보 달성 되어서 집에 왔습니다 트랭글이 이제 계속 에러가 나네요 아쉽게도 만보기 쪽이 문제네요 한가롭게 지나가는데 어제 운동 나온 분들이 많네요 이제 사회적 거리두기가 느슨해진 느낌입니다.

어제도 만보달성 했습니다 매일 만보 달성 하는건 좋은 것 같네요 올해 시작하면서 세운 계획중 하나고요 나름 잘 진행 하고 있습니다 거리를 걷는데 역시나 사람이 없네요 어제는 혼자 걷는데 기분이 묘했습니다 오늘 아침 부터 비가 오네요 우산 쓰고걸어갑니다. 출근 중 입니다 블금 잘보내세요

어제 하루도 만보 달성 했네요 어제 하루는 그래도 비도그치고 아침 하늘이 맑을것 같더니 정말 화창 했어요 점심시간에 잠깐 운동 하고 퇴근하면서 걷기운동을 했습니다 집에 도착하니 만보 달성 좋던데요 오늘도 출근하는데 여유있게 걷고 있습니다. 즐겁게 시작하세요

어제 하루의 운동기록입니다. 만보 달성을 위해서 노렧나는데 어제는비가 오는 가운데예도 우산들고 운동 했어요 운동중 초등학교 근처에 갔는데 담벼락에 좋은 그림이 있네요. 바로 24절기에 대한 그림을 그려 놓아서보기 좋더라고요 오늘도 현재 걸어서 출근중입니다 행복하게 시작하세요 오늘도 화이팅입니다
