Why do you buy data?
I once asked someone why they buy data and all they had to tell
me was, "to watch status".
The person didn't have data and he was going crazy, and I was looking
at him like, I couldn't think of anything he must have had to do online
to be wanting data like that. To be wanting to have data like that.
'Cause me for example, I can go weeks without my phone, my smartphone, and I have no problem with that.
But this guy I couldn't get my head around the fact that you don't have data for just a few hours and you're already going crazy.
And I asked this guy why he needs data so badly and he said... he's going to watch status!!!
Bruh!!! Just status?? God!!!
You would think he wants to check his email or do something very important. This guy told me he he wants to watch status.
Not even to create content, he wants to watch status. And I'm telling you, not less than 6 out of 10 young people today are buying data just for social media. And trust me, this 6 out of 10 people, 5 out of them are not buying the data to create content. Just to watch.
So in essence, 5 out if 10 people today are buying data just to scroll up and down social media.
In fact, I think this number is even more than 5 out of 10, but, just for the benefit of doubt, 5 out of 10 young people today are just buying data to scroll up and down social media and that's all.
