Día 20 del Reto de 366 Días de Burpees [Esp/Eng] 💚💚💚

      Hola amigos de Hive, por aquí nuevamente Zuni, emocionada con el reto de burpees. Debo decirles que todos los días grabo, solo que mi editor, anda un poco retrasado (@palabras1). Nos han corregido la técnica, y prometo que lo voy a mejorar. En esta semana, ya lo estoy corrigiendo, pero igualmente, lo que preparamos ahora es de los últimos 10 días.

Hi Hive friends, Zuni here again, excited about the burpees challenge. I must tell you that I record every day, only that my editor is a little late (@palabras1). They have corrected the technique, and I promise I will improve it. This week, I'm already correcting it, but anyway, what we are preparing now is from the last 10 days.

These challenges, beyond being able to achieve it or not, what allows us to grow in all aspects of life. I have to organize myself to do it every day; we develop mental strength to overcome obstacles day by day; we anchor healthy habits and we are an inspiration for our children, and finally, as I always say, physical activity raises your self-esteem.

      Por ahora, debo decirles que vengo muy bien con el reto, todavía no se ha complicado, pero estoy segura de que eso es inminente. Me gustaría que @albertocoachbl, nos dé diferentes formas de realizar burpees, sobre todo cuando estemos en instancias más superiores.
