      Hola chicos, nuevamente Zuni por acá y muy feliz, ya que estoy pudiendo darle continuidad a los entrenamientos. Debo aprovechar los meses de verano para hacer la mayor cantidad de kilómetros, ya que en invierno, el tema es más complicado. Normalmente, la maratón de Buenos Aires se realiza en septiembre, entrando en la primavera, pero hay que pasar el invierno.

I have to take advantage of the summer months to do as many kilometers as possible, since in winter it is more complicated.       Esta vez Marcelo me pudo acompañar y es por eso que pudimos realizar más tomas con el celular. Nos tocó una tarde con mucho calor y es por eso que arrancamos bien entrada la tarde, tipo 19 hs aproximadamente.

      Sensaciones maravillosas estoy teniendo. Me siento un tanto pesada y quizás el ritmo no es el ideal, pero debo ser consciente que también hago Pol Dance y además, estamos en meses de carga. Aquí lo importante no es la velocidad, el ritmo o la zancada. Aquí debemos meter la mayor cantidad de kilómetros y entrenamientos físicos. Estaríamos en pretemporada. Luego vendrán las demás actividades, que nos pondrán a tono con lo que buscamos.

I am having wonderful feelings. I feel a bit heavy and perhaps the pace is not ideal, but I must be aware that I also do Pol Dance and besides, we are in months of load.       Esta vez nos agarró la noche y fue maravilloso. Comenzó a soplar un viento muy rico y eso hizo más leve el entrenamiento. Ojalá podamos seguir dándole constancia a los entrenamientos, porque con Marcelo, estamos convencidos de que en la constancia, encontraremos resultados. Igualmente, los que me conocen, saben que voy a disfrutar la carrera, pero cuando estoy bien entrenada, disfruto más 😆.
