Donar Sangre, Salva Vidas [Esp/Eng subtitled] ❤️❤️❤️

      Hola amigos de @espavlog, esta es mi primera presentación en esta comunidad. Por recomendación de @palabras1, elegí esta comunidad, para contar mi experiencia, donando sangre. Algo que siempre lo quise hacer, pero por mi peso corporal, no cumplía con los estándares que solicitan (+ 50 kilos). Hoy en día tengo 53 kilos y lo puedo hacer.

Hello friends of @espavlog, this is my first presentation in this community. On the recommendation of @palabras1, I chose this community, to tell my experience, donating blood. Something I always wanted to do, but because of my body weight, I did not meet the standards requested (+ 50 kilos). Today I am 53 kilos and I can do it.  

      Una amiga de la vida, puso en un grupo en común, si podíamos donar sangre, ya que su hermana está en terapia intensiva, padeciendo leucemia. Obviamente, sin dudarlo, fui al lugar para poder ayudar y también realizar algo que siempre lo desee.

A friend of mine asked in a common group if we could donate blood, since her sister is in intensive care, suffering from leukemia. Obviously, without hesitation, I went to the place to be able to help and also to do something I always wanted to do.

      Como trabajo, en un laboratorio y mi función es principalmente sacar sangre, me sentía como en mí habitad. Sinceramente, no me da miedo y es más, lo disfruto.
Llegar al lugar me encanto, todo muy pulcro y profesional. La amabilidad y atención de las chicas del lugar me encanto.
Luego de la extracción (1 litro), tuve que esperar unos 15 minutos acostada, para recuperarme y luego, me invitaron un desayuno.

Since I work in a laboratory and my function is mainly to draw blood, I felt at home. Honestly, I am not afraid of it and I actually enjoy it. 
Arriving at the place I loved it, everything was very neat and professional. I loved the kindness and attention of the girls at the place.
After the extraction (1 liter), I had to wait about 15 minutes lying down to recover and then, they invited me for breakfast.

      Como mensaje final, me gustaría que todos seamos conscientes que podemos necesitar de sangre, en algún momento de nuestras vidas. Y si no lo precisamos, de igual manera, se siente muy bien ayudar al prójimo. También, algo que leí por ahí, es que donando sangre, las células se regeneran.
Donar sangre, es salvar vida, y sinceramente parece una frase muy bonita, pero es la realidad.

As a final message, I would like us all to be aware that we may need blood at some point in our lives. And if we don't need it, it still feels great to help others. Also, something I read somewhere, is that by donating blood, cells regenerate.
Donating blood is saving life, and honestly it seems like a very nice phrase, but it is the reality.
