Waist pain
Most times when we are healthy and pain free, we take it for granted.
Few hours ago, i suddenly felt a sharp pain at my lower back and since then i've been in serious pains.
I almost can't stand erect, can't sit properly nor lay down properly.
If you've ever experienced this kind of pain, how did you manage it before going to see a doctor?
