Hello, my beautiful people of Hive! Today, I bring you another Pastry Anecdote.
In the video, I tell you what happened to a cake that a client ordered from me last week with a Designation V theme, a character from an Australian web series called Murder Drones.
To put you a little in context, I made a mistake that literally made me run at the last minute and I almost didn't make it, because the decoration was with fondant and as that day was very cold and there was a lot of humidity in the environment, the topper I had to correct had to stick a skewer with the same fondant and this did not dry, but I solved it with dark chocolate, thank God!
This mistake happened because I was overconfident and did not double-check the information given to me by the client.
Well, I learned my lesson!

¡Hola, mi linda gente de Hive! Hoy, les traigo otra Anécdota Repostera.
En el video les cuento lo que me pasó con una torta que me encargó una cliente la semana pasada con temática de Designation V, personaje de una serie web, australiana y que se llama Drones de la Muerte.
Para ponerlos un poco en contexto, cometí un error que, literalmente, me puso a correr a última hora y casi no lo logro, debido a que la decoración era con fondant y como ese día estaba haciendo mucho frío y había mucha humedad en el ambiente, el topper que tuve que corregir tenía que pegarle una brocheta con el mismo fondant y este no se secaba, pero resolví con chocolate negro, gracias a Dios!
Este error me pasó por confiarme y no revisar de nuevo la información que me había dado la cliente.
¡Bueno, aprendí la lección!
