¿Cómo hago para Emprender? (Esp-Eng)
Hola queridos hiver. Saludos.
En esta comunidad de #be-entrepreneur me he sentido tan bien, y sus iniciativas causalmente han llegado en los inicios de un nuevo emprendimiento que tengo entre manos. Por eso en esta ocasión quiero participar nuevamente y a su vez me permite encontrar respuestas que me ayudarán a darle bases a mi emprendimiento.

In this community of #be-entrepreneur I have felt so good, and their initiatives have causally come at the beginning of a new venture that I have in hand. That is why on this occasion I want to participate again and at the same time it allows me to find answers that will help me lay the foundations for my entrepreneurship.

Sin embargo cuando hablamos de emprendimiento no es muy inteligente tomar este dicho en cuenta, porque es necesario establecer conexiones y asociaciones claves para que el éxito en dicho emprendimiento no se haga esperar mucho tiempo.
En mi caso, el emprendimiento que actualmente le estoy dando forma, ya he comenzado a realizar realizar dichas conexiones.
However, when we talk about entrepreneurship, it is not very smart to take this saying into account, because it is necessary to establish key connections and associations so that success in said undertaking does not take long.

Por otra parte, dialogo con mi hija para que ella se encargue del marketing en redes sociales. Veo su creatividad, me aporta ideas de cómo mostrar el producto. Creo que ella es la persona ideal para hacerme la publicidad y el seguimiento de eso. Recibir pedidos y gestionar con los clientes, sus pedidos, forma de pago y entrega final.
Así mismo, hablo con la nieta, preguntándole que cosas le gustan, los colores, si quiere alguna figura particular. Le enseño mis diseños y le pregunto su parecer. Y eso me nutre para realizar nuevos diseños.
On the other hand, I talk with my daughter so that she is in charge of marketing in social networks. I see her creativity, she gives me ideas on how to show the product. I think she is the ideal person to advertise and follow up on that. Receive orders and manage with customers, their orders, payment method and final delivery.
Likewise, I talk to her granddaughter, asking her what things she likes, the colors, if she wants any particular figure. She showed her my designs and asked her what she thought. And that nourishes me to make new designs.
Porque una cosa es que yo tenga las ideas, que de mi inicie ese deseo y visualice una serie de diseños. Pero un emprendimiento es más que eso.
Se hace necesario el rodearse de personas conocedoras en diferentes áreas. Marketing de atracción, diseño, proveedores de calidad y responsables, el diseñador gráfico. Así mismo, es ideal quien lleve las cuentas, quien organice las finanzas. Todas son personas necesarias en un emprendimiento.
Because one thing is that I have the ideas, that I initiate that desire and visualize a series of designs. But a business is more than that.
It is necessary to surround yourself with knowledgeable people in different areas. Attraction marketing, design, quality and responsible suppliers, the graphic designer. Likewise, it is ideal who keeps the accounts, who organizes the finances. They are all necessary people in a business.

Así que llegando a la respuesta de si puedo hacer mi emprendimiento sola o acompañada, tomando en cuenta todo lo antes escrito, pues creo que no. Porque no es necesario que ese acompañante o acompañantes estén en el registro mercantil como socios, pero indudablemente que las asociaciones son claves para lograr el éxito.
Para terminar, creo que todo emprendimiento debe proyectarse hacia el futuro. ¿Qué quiero que sea en 5, 10, o 20 años? Cuando yo no esté ¿qué pasará con ésto? Lo ideal sería que otros tomen tu legado y continuen lo iniciado y lo lleven siempre a mejores puertos o mercados. Y ésto no sería posible si estás solo sin tus asociados.

Because it is not necessary for that companion or companions to be in the commercial registry as partners, but undoubtedly that associations are key to success.
To finish, I believe that all entrepreneurship should be projected towards the future. What do I want it to be in 5, 10, or 20 years? When I'm gone, what will happen to this? The ideal would be for others to take your legacy and continue what has been started and always take it to better ports or markets. And this would not be possible if you are alone without your associates.
