Vuelvo por quí porque me encanta participar en esta dinámica, esta semana es muy especial. Fui criada escuchando rock gracias a mi hermano mayor, sin embargo para los años 80 en mi Pais Venezuela, habían muchos artistas que traían este género en español y aunque yo era una niña me encantaba escucharlos, entre ellas una mujer que se encargó de traer ritmos rockeros y ella fue MELISSA, llamada en Venezuela "La reina del Rock", esta artista sacó muchos éxitos y hoy traigo para ustedes "Especie en extinción" de su albúm "Noche sin fin", que al principio parece una balada pero luego van entrando la batería y los solos de guitarra donde se evidencia el toque del rock en su música.

Mellisa siempre se mostró con una imagen fuerte, ligando la fortaleza y ritmos del rock con letras románticas pero también de mucha rebeldía como su canción "No soy una señora", donde pone de manifiesto esa libertad femenina que ya estaba saliendo a la luz que permitia que dejaran de encasillar a las mujeres con ciertos estereotipos.
