一晃4个月过去了，越做越顺利，越做越上头，人辣…就不能太闲，一大部分人闲下来就容易胡思乱想，想的太久了，容易出问题，你会发现农村人一年四季都没停过，人家活的简单快乐，很容易满足，很少有经常忙碌的人得心理疾病的，所以你得动起来，先不要管结果如何…先动起来…
现在，腰也不痛了，腿也有劲了，睡眠质量也好了…总之！感觉特别自在！
