did you notice there is sometimes you don't like to speak with other people and find it more sensitive to talk with animals or nature, such as a tree or a flower, maybe talking to a plant brings you more satisfaction than talking to a human! and sometimes I find this pleasure in doing something or creating something, and in the end, you turn into a creator...
This is what makes you satisfied, something doing alone, with no one else's help...
