Anybody developing SteemBnB?

Hello all,

Firstly I would like to say what a great project Utopian seems to be right from its early stages! Great job. Even though I do not have much to contribute, there is something that I would like to get some attention to or possibly get some answers.

It has been few months already when the project of SteemBnB started but since then there is absolutely no development in that way which I think is a real shame. Maybe I am mistaken and someone is secretly working on the application which would be great. As we all know Airbnb has become massive in the short time span of few years and I do see even more potential if #SteemBnB gets developed in the right way. Unlike Airbnb using the power of steemit platform and developing it into the application where steemians would be able to host each other in exchange for Steem is truly decentralized, completely cutting the middleman. There could even be an instance when you would not have to spend your Steem and agree with your Steemian host to pay him/her in the form of upvotes over the certain period of time if you could. If not then you just simply transfer your Steem that you earn from your rewards!

Personally, I see this as a huge step forward for Steemit if there was such an application. What an amazing way to travel the world using the network of steemians. I am not sure if I used the right tag but hope that Utopian could take an initiative in that direction and kick the project off so we could all colectively benefit. Thank you and have a great day.
