Gladiolus
The gladiolus flower symbolizes honor and remembrance, but it has other meanings too. It can also symbolize the following:

Gladioli were considered the flower of the gladiators and have long been associated with swords.
The ancient name for gladiolus was xiphium from the Greek word xiphos, meaning sword. Its name was later changed to gladiolus, which comes from the Latin word gladius, which also means sword.
Gladiolus Flower Color Meanings:

▪︎Pink – Femininity, compassion motherly love
▪︎White – Innocence and purity
▪︎Yellow – Cheerfulness and compassion
▪︎Purple – Charm, grace and mysteriousness
