Ability Analysis - Affliction [ Earth, Life ]

Hello, my fellow splinterlands lovers!

I hope you all are doing well in your life and also enjoying the Splinterlands game. A few days ago, I published a Ability Analysis post on Affliction ability, where I discussed about Fire & Water element monsters who have Affliction ability. Today, in this post I am going to discuss about Earth & Life element monsters who have Affliction ability.

All those who playing the Splinterlands game know about this ability; it's an anti-heal ability. When a Monster with Affliction hits a target, it has a 50% chance of applying Affliction on the target causing it to be unable to be healed. A total of 24 cards have this ability; one is a summoner. So let's check out those cards and how good/bad they are on the battlefield.

GOBLIN CHEF

GOBLIN CHEF is a earth unit essence orb promo edition common ranged attack monster.GOBLIN CHEF got (Affliction) ability from level 4. It's got a maximum of 2 (ranged attack), 6 & 3 on max level. GOBLIN CHEF also got (poison) ability on level 8. It costs 3 mana, so it's suitable for low mana battles, and it also has low health so it will be the perfect choice for (equalizer) ruleset.

GOBLIN PSYCHIC

GOBLIN PSYCHIC is a common earth unit Chaos edition magic attack monster.It's got a maximum of 2 (magic attack), 7 & 1 on max level. GOBLIN PSYCHIC got a total of 4 abilities, (tank heal) ability from level 1, (affliction) ability from level 4, (silence) ability from level 7 & (dispel) ability on level 10/max level. It cost 6 mana so it's not eligible for (little league) ruleset, but it also a low-speed monster so it will be a better choice for (reverse speed) ruleset battle.

FUNGUS FLINGER

It's an earth unit common ranged attack soulbound reward edition monster. FUNGUS FLINGER got (affliction) ability from level 9. It's got a maximum of 2 (ranged attack), 4 & 4 on max level. Besides (affliction) ability FUNGUS FLINGER also got (blind) ability on level 5 & (martyr) ability from level 1. It only costs 3 mana, making it a good choice for (little league) ruleset battle.

MADCAP MAGUS

MADCAP MAGUS is a rare earth unit soulbound reward edition magic attack monster. It's got a maximum of 2 (magic attack), 4 & 1 on max level. MADCAP MAGUS got a total of 4 abilities, (scattershot) & (life leech) ability from level 1, (affliction) ability from level 6 & (dispel) ability on level 8/max level. It cost 4 mana so it's eligible for (little league) ruleset, it also a low-speed monster so it will be a better choice for (reverse speed) ruleset battle.

SPORCERER

SPORCERER is a epic earth unit Untamed edition magic attack monster. It's got a maximum of 3 (magic attack), 6 & 2 on max level.SPORCERER got a total of 3 abilities, (rust) ability from level 1, (silence) ability from level 4 & (affliction) ability on level 6/max level. It cost 6 mana so it's not eligible for (little league) ruleset, but it also a low-speed monster so it will be a better choice for (reverse speed) ruleset battle.

DAX PARAGON

DAX PARAGON is a epic life unit Chaos edition magic attack monster. It's got a maximum of 2 (magic attack), 5 & 2 on max level. DAX PARAGON got (affliction) ability from level 5 and it also got (amplify) ability from level 2. DAX PARAGON only costs 2 mana so it's eligible for (little league) ruleset, it also a low-speed monster so it will be a better choice for (reverse speed) ruleset battle.

RUNESLINGER

It's an life unit rare ranged attack Rift Watchers edition monster. RUNESLINGER got (affliction) ability from level 4. It's got a maximum of 3 (ranged attack), 8 & 4 on max level. RUNESLINGER got a total of 3 abilities, (stun) ability from level 1, (affliction) ability from level 4 & (cripple) ability from level 7. RUNESLINGER has (cripple) ability, which can be useful for chipping away at enemy health when it's high so it will be a good choice for (equalizer) ruleset.
