Lie

One of the most energy consuming action is lying. You have to think deep and restlessly to come up with an intrigue, deceptive and schimish words in order to redirect the other person or to confuse them.

However, it takes another lie to cover the one that has already been done. It is a fruitless endeavours which will be unravelled either by your mistakes and actions, or by the smartness of another person and you will be left in shame and without regards.

Therefore, stay away from lie, deception and cheating. It takes one to no where good.
