Going to survey to install factory inverter

Today I will be sharing about the survey that I went on today.As usual I departed from my house at 8:30 and arrived the company at 9:00.The place where I live was not too far nor near the company but if you drive around like 10 or 15 minutes,you will eventually get there but there's some issues.You know why?🤣Yes,the morning work time traffic, everybody was rushing to arrive early to their company , yeah,so something it takes like 30 minutes to get to my company.

Anyway, let go to the main topic.When I arrived to my work as usual we gather to attend the meeting that starts at 9:15. And the manager will tell us what to do and what assignments we are going to do.So my assignment today is to go and do a survey to install an inverter at a bicycle factory.

So I gathered the tools I need to go to the survey, took out the materials and prepared to go to the survey.I rode a motorcycle and went to that motorcycle factory but here is the funny thing 😂 I went to the motorcycle factory to survey, and when I arrived at the factory, my motorcycle stopped,how many times I tried to start the engine,it didn't budge.The people at the factory are nice and they fixed my bike while I was doing the survey.

I have talked to their factory manager about the HP of the motor that will be compatible with the inverter that will be installed, Ampere, Voltage (Single or Three phase) in case if you don't know why I want them.And then I do what I need to do and explain the situation, it went really well but the inverter we are going to install wasn't the main issue that needs to install.The problem was the compressor that blew out the gas when they test the motorcycle after finished manufacturing the cycle.The compressor release it's gas but when it's released the speed display that shows the speed limit don't equal.So when they test the cycle,in the display it was shown 20 speed or something but in the actual cycle display the speed was like 15 or so.

I told the manager if you want to install the inverter, you need to change the compressor star/delta function to a inverter type.So we checked all of the parts we need and settled the saturation.It was great talking and communicating with the manager,it's easy to talk to him, he says what he wants and how he wants to do it.And then when we finished the survey,we greet eachother and get back to our company.I will show some of the pictures that I took from that factory.
