Preparamos la masa mezclando en una taza el azúcar con la mantequilla movemos muy bien con la ayuda de una cuchara, luego agregamos huevo, harina de trigo, finalmente el cacao en polvo.
Tomamos porciones de la masa, damos forma redondeada y llevamos a una bandeja engresada y enharinada y al horno a 180 grados por 15 minutos.
