Kieran Beham it doesn't matter how many times you fall if you don't lose the will to get up. “Sports Saturdays” Part 2
Hello friends of the Freecompliments community! Today we continue with the second part of the article about Kieran Beham. Let us remember that our protagonist suffered a second accident, this time more serious and that it took him longer to recover.
Specifically, it took 3 years during which his family went through financial hardship since his mother had to leave her job to be able to take care of him. He himself had to do unpleasant jobs to pay for his rehabilitation. But Kieran did not give up and managed to reach his best level, better than before he suffered his medical problems.
Even so he did not leave the problems behind him due to his physical condition he had continuous injuries but in 2011 he got his first success. He managed to win 3 medals in the World Challenge Cup and recognition from the sports press.
This allowed him to qualify for the 2012 London Olympic Games, making him the second Irish gymnast to do so. Later he won 3 golds at the European Championships in 2014 and 2015.
This is another example that you can fight for your dreams, even if it seems like the world is against us, it is always possible to turn it around and achieve what you set out to do, as Kieran Beham showed us.
