Ser vulnerables, algo que no podemos evitar/Being vulnerables, something we cannot avoid [ESP/ENG]

Hola queridos amigos de Hive account@holos.lotus, saludos y bendiciones, en esta oportunidad vengo para hablarles sobre un tema que vi en el Post del amigo Hive account@emiliorios, y vengo acá para dar mi opinión.

Ser vulnerables, a veces se piensa que ser o mejor dicho aceptar que somos vulnerables es un signo de debilidad, pero cuan equivocados estamos, es muy cierto que en la vida hay que ser fuerte para afrontar las cosas, para seguir adelante, para que a la final no nos hagan daño, ya que al demostrar o entender cuan vulnerables somos, más sentimos el daño que eso pudiera ser usado en nuestra contra, o cuan débil pudieran vernos, pero a la final fuerte o débil, todos tenemos algo de ambos.

Recuerdo que pequeña siempre me indicaban que debía ser fuerte, que nadie debía verme vulnerable, debía ser constante en ello para poder afrentar las cosas de la vida, en el trabajo, en relaciones, en cualquier punto que se presentará, pero como todo en este mundo simplemente hay que esperar pasar por una momento en el que te haga dar cuenta cuan vulnerable puedes sentirte, y no es algo malo, al contrario te ayuda a conocerte mejor, a entender más cómo te sientes en esos instantes, como te afecta física o mentalmente.

Aceptar nuestras debilidades en un punto nos hará fuerte, ¿Parece extraño no? Pero siempre he pensado que se logra así, es como las caídas, cuando tú te caes, cada vez que te levantas te vuelves más fuertes, cuando cometes un error dices no lo volveré hacer y por cosas del destino pasa algo similar y lo vuelves afrontar con mejor postura, es así cuando aceptas tus debilidades, aprendes de ellas, sabes en qué punto lo eres, y lo refuerzas a medidas que avanzas, cuando adquieres experiencia y te vas entendiendo poco a poco como resolver ello.

Como dije antes pensaba que había que ser siempre fuerte para que no me pasara nada o para que pudiera continuar, pero no es así, ser débil o tener momentos vulnerables, solo es ese instante que nos hace recordar cuan humanos somos, no somos ni un robot, ni un monstruos como de las películas todo fuerte que no siente nada, al contrario, sentimos, sufrimos, padecemos, tenemos momentos buenos pero otros no tantos, pero ahí seguimos, sonriendo y dando lo mejor día a día, conocer esta parte de uno mismo hace que las cosas no sean tan fuertes, o al menos no sientas que no podrás con nada, todo tiene su ritmo, su curso, y si hay cosas que no podemos hacer o que nos hacen sentir vulnerables a todo lo que nos rodea, pero no es un punto y final, al contrario, es un punto que continua para poder aprender y reconocer lo que somos.

I remember when I was a child I was always told that I should be strong, that no one should see me vulnerable, I should be constant in order to be able to face things in life, at work, in relationships, at any point that may arise, but like everything in this world you just have to wait to go through a moment that makes you realize how vulnerable you may feel, and it is not a bad thing, on the contrary it helps you to know yourself better, to understand more how you feel in those moments, how it affects you physically or mentally.

Accepting our weaknesses at one point will make us strong, it seems strange doesn't it? But I have always thought that it is achieved this way, it is like the falls, when you fall, every time you get up you become stronger, when you make a mistake you say I will not do it again and by fate something similar happens and you face it again with better posture, it is so when you accept your weaknesses, you learn from them, you know at what point you are, and you reinforce it as you move forward, when you gain experience and you understand little by little how to solve it.

As I said before I thought that I always had to be strong so that nothing would happen to me or so that I could continue, but it is not so, being weak or having vulnerable moments, it is only that instant that makes us remember how human we are, we are neither a robot, nor a monster like in the movies all strong that does not feel anything, on the contrary, we feel, suffer, suffer, we have good moments but others not so many, but there we go on, smiling and giving our best day by day, knowing this part of ourselves makes things not so strong, or at least you do not feel that you can not handle anything, everything has its rhythm, its course, and if there are things that we can not do or that make us feel vulnerable to everything around us, but it is not a point and end, on the contrary, it is a point that continues to learn and recognize what we are.
