Heartbreaking sadness

Hello, my dear hivers!!!
How have you been today? I continue practicing in Corel Painter, I have continued with the dark line until now, I have done this portrait differently because instead of using gray scales or with a normal base, I start painting from the darkness, going from there until finish the portrait.
I have used a little different lighting, I have also added a little blood to the portrait, what I wanted to do in this portrait add a touch of darkness but also sensitivity, some sadness, as I said yesterday, in also learning a little more about the Corel brushes, sometimes when I make the drawings I do most of it in Corel and if I need to fix something that I can't do there I do it in PS because there are still certain things that I can't figure out how to do in the other software, although maybe I don't know if it's because my version is quite outdated.

For this drawing I did not make sketches, just a strange thing that I have given shape little by little, starting from the darkness to later add the lighter colors

Completing the face and features a little more, it does look quite dark but as I said I wanted to work from the darkness, I have placed the base for the hair.

I have been placing the lighter tones little by little, alternating and shaping the features of the face a little more, it was now better understood where the eyes and nose were.

Since I didn't make a sketch at the beginning, everything I did was according to what I saw, I modified things as I went along, what seemed to me to be wrong I fixed. There were still things to fix.

The change was more and more visible and what I was referring to was applying the lighter tones, in addition to that I also made an adjustment to the colors. I wanted a little more detail in the hair and ear.

There was something that I didn't like so I made some small modifications, after being happier with that, I proceeded to continue painting and detailing a little more, now that I know I can share videos here in the community through Ecency, I will be able to show the process and behind the scenes of what I have done, go a little deeper than the images, it seems to me that that would not be bad. In addition to also showing some tricks or tips that I do with some tools in the software I work with.

To finish I needed to add that darkness , I made some adjustments to colors, brightness, the lighting and adjust some things that were missing, and also finally made the eye added the details and finally had the portrait ready. I hope you liked what I did this time.
