Remember, Your Feet Need You
In this busy season of hustle and bustle and moving everywhere it is important to remember that your feet need you to take care of them; their promise, in return, is to take good care of you, too.
Some tips for taking care of your feet that will not impact your day:
- At the end of the day, put your feet up for a bit! They carry you all day long. Give them a break!
- Wear socks. They do not need to match. Life is too short to match socks.
- Pedicures! Do it. If you're like me and too manly for such a thing, get a good epsom salt and soak your feet in warm-to-hot water occasionally. Your feet will thank you, and it will feel good.
- Get a foot massage! Ask your partner. It may pay off in more ways than one!
- Give a foot massage to your partner! it may pay off in more ways than one!
- Wear good shoes. No one likes ill fitting shoes.
