All words are lies
Nietzsche said "all words are lies and language is pointless"
He suggests that language creates concepts that misrepresent reality, leading us to forget that these concepts are merely human inventions rather than true reflections of the world.
It is real.
Consuming only text can make you mentally ill due to lower-dimensionality of language.
To expand the mind again, I like to meditate on all of the colors in a garden that could not possibly be captured with words.
