Sunset In Enoshima | HPUD
Mt. Fuji in a distance
Beach and Fuji-san
Peaceful day at the beach
Enoshima, the small island

Walking in the bridge with this view of Mt. Fuji
Even when it was winter, I still like to see the beach. Probably because I feel like there's a connection to my roots? I really don't know, I just want to see the beach. The nearest in Tokyo is in Enoshima, in Kanagawa prefecture, an hour ride away from Shinjuku.
I've been here a few times but this was the first with my partner. This happened last year when we were both on a holiday at work. Actually, we went to the aquarium first before going to the island. I've been wanting to do the aquarium date I always see on anime and Japanese TV shows so wish fulfilled. But this post isn't about the aquarium but about the sunset that I've seen while there.
Some photos were taken from the higher floor in the aquarium. It was a not so cloudy January so we were blessed to see Mt. Fuji from here. I always have this overwhelming feeling that I couldn't explain every time I see Fujisan. Maybe I've been getting energy from the sacred mountain.
We went to look for dinner in the island so we're walking on the way while I caught another glimpse of Fujisan. Some people were sitting down by the beach to take in the sea and the view but we're not. But still, I could appreciate the view while we're on the go. The colors of the sunset were amazing here.
It's not always I see the sunsets. I'm not outside on my working days so I'll only be able to see this beauty whenever I'm outside. Sunsets remind me that while a long day is finally over, it's not yet the end. It's just the start of something else. It also reminds me to think about my day - did I do my best? Did I do something I like? Did I do something regretful? Sunsets remind me to look back on how my day went, and if I ever spent it to the fullest. Another eventful day to thank the heavens for.
How about you? What does sunsets remind you of?
Happy 1st day of the love month! And Happy Power Up day!
I've taken advantage that HIVE is low so here's me growing my account.
I probably haven't shared but I have a goal to reach 5,000 HP this first half of the year. I hope I can accomplish this soon.
Another milestone I want to continue doing is the Power Up Month. Last month, I'm so proud of myself to have the discipline to power up, even little of what I have.
Since I have extra HIVE, I also powered up @itz.inno's account, as I noticed he's been active on chain. Happy for you, friend! Also happy for me I'll be getting the power up helper badge. A win-win situation. π
Thanks for reading!
See you around! γγγγγΎγγοΌ
