More Pinot..........
Hello fellow Hivers! So I think by now it is no secret that I love Pinot Noir, and especially the ones from the Burgundy region in France. I started off drinking the local wines to me, the Pinot Noir from Santa Lucia Highlands, but took a long break from them since I discovered that I love all wine. Well now that I have discovered how great Burgundy is, I am stuck!
Just look at the inky red goodness! As soon as I put my face into my glass, yes I love big glasses! The smell of cinnamon sticks stuck out, with red berries, cherries, and mushrooms! So surreal. Drinking on this sends me away to another place, and moments likes this is why I love wine. Just to think this is the 'Cheap' stuff. One of these days I am going to say fuck it, and fork over a little extra and see what the more expensive stuff is all about. I am sure that once I go there, I will go further, and further down the rabbit hole. CHEERS!
