100% Syrah
I can not get enough of any wine from France these days. Burgundy, and Bordeaux are my usual, but some of my favorite is the wine coming from Northern Rhone. Syrah is the main grape in this region. They produce some Whites that are just as spectacular, but the Reds are my favorite. Sometimes they put a splash of Viognier along with Syrah. In this case it is 100% Syrah, and 100% delicious!
It really went well with the marinated chicken, and fried Red Peppers! Really an amazing night. Nothing fancy, nor expensive, but moments like these are priceless. It is perhaps the reason why I love wine. No matter the occasion, it is just a life enhancer, and makes you really appreciate the small things. Especially things grown from the earth. This Syrah also paired well with my freshly harvested Dirty Little Secret. A great rule of thumb, Purple cannabis goes very well with full bodied Reds;) CHEERS!
