Why does some folks defecate in and around open lands????

OPEN DEFECATION

One of the indicator of substandard economy is when citizens lacks access to ideal sanitary faecal disposal system

It is a common sight ,to see humans "doing it " in open fields, for lack of toilet facilities!!

What, in your opinion could be the driving force behind this unhygienic conduct??

Should it be sustained permanently??

If "No" , how could it be mitigated??

Could faecal effluent be recycled for positive use??

Why is this being neglected in such climes??

What are the average toilet condition in your community??

Open pit or a billion dollars worth, likened to that in Bckingham Palace of England??
