"Grace in Sacrifice the Holy Friday Reflection"
The weight of this Holy Friday presses down on me not just as a solemn observance but as a deeply personal ache. I try to picture Him really picture Him carrying that cross. The raw human pain must have been unbearable the exhaustion the humiliation. And yet, He kept going. It’s that unwavering love, that profound willingness to endure so much for us that truly gets me. It makes me think about my own struggles my own moments of wanting to give up, and how they pale in comparison. This isn’t just about remembering a historical event it’s about connecting with the raw, vulnerable humanity of Jesus and understanding the immense sacrifice He made out of pure love for us. It’s a sacrifice that humbles me to my core and inspires me to try and live a life worthy of such an incredible gift.
