grass fed sirloin steak topped with sautéed mushrooms with a side of baked potatoes.

chicken Kiev from trader joes
with baked brussel sprouts
and a side of wild rice
roasted organic free range chicken from abraham farms
wedge salad from stillwater proper.
ribs cooked with the "3-2-1" smoker method.
3 hours in the smoker unwrapped,
2 hours wrapped in tinfoil,
1 hour after you put the sauce on.
