Half Seen, Half Hidden (A Face in the Dark)
When I started this drawing months ago it didn’t look like anything but just random lines and shades on paper.
At first it felt like the black color was swallowing everything up at some point I wanted to stop because it looked messy but then little by little a face started to show, the eyes, nose and the lips made it feel like the picture was talking back to me even though it’s not finished.
Its still a work in progress, just like me
I realize this unfinished and rough work is like all of us always in progress carrying pieces of light inside the dark still forming, still searching and speaking even when words are not there
