Why we need to behave formally in the respected institutions?

Hello, Ram Ram, Namaste, Sastriyakal, to all Hive users. Today, I'll tell you why we need to be formal in the respective institutions. There are many rules and regulations in the formal institutions like schools, offices, collages and some coaching. I am saying some coaching classes because not all the coachings are not good enough, which makes a formal behavior. I am not talking about the tutor, but I am talking about the students who are coming to study there. We need a formal behavior in the respective institutions, as there are many things related to behavior, as talking formally and respectfully to your teacher or elders in the institute, then they also try to understand and support you in the future, good or bad consequences, and we should not say anything useless about the teachers or the tutor because they are teaching us and giving us new lessons as also said in a Hindu religion's holy book that Mata, Pita, Guru, Devta that simply means

that firstly comes your mother, then your father, then your teacher and at last comes God means these 3 mother, father and teacher comes firstly whom we should respect and then god. The same formal behaviour comes with a boss if you are an employee or a staff member at any shop or institute, then then don't argue or disrespect your boss, not because he is giving you a a salary, and because of you can learn many things from that person or boss and he is your boss because he is actually the boss. I mean that he'll have more knowledge than you, that's why he is the boss. So, for today this much only till further goodbye.
