Golem Network Provider Update 3

It's been a couple of months since I did the last update video on being a Golem Network provider. The good news is that the payment issues with previous versions have been largely addresses with version 0.18.1 and now 0.18.2. I am now happy to recommend Golem from a provider point of view.
